Front of House Operations Manager (Full-time)
SALARY: £20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
Front of House (FOH) Operations Manager and the Technical Manager
jointly share responsibility for managing the site, its maintenance,
usage and staffing.
The FOH Operations Manager is primarily
responsible for FOH procedures including managing of FOH rotas, training
and recruitment of volunteers; and the upkeep of the FOH areas of the
building, including monitoring cleaning and recycling, ensuring the fire
and evacuation systems are regularly inspected and maintained, and that
health and safety procedures for the public are always followed.
